Last night we were given a table for a family and it was newly set, but, a napkin had been used and just folded over dirty and a lot of the cutlery was sticky and hadn't been washed properly. Don't know if it was the manager or not came over when a complaint was made and just laughed it off and made a joke of it until a member of our party gave him a good talking to as he is pretty well known in Germany for studies into hygiene. Then he sort of gave a half hearted apology.....NOT GOOD POLICY EASTERN PEARL!!!!November 27, 2016
